This is an update to a previous review I did on SurveyHead, which is now called iPoll.
I have been a member of iPoll since it was started up by United Sample several years ago. The panel was originally called SurveyHead, but was renamed a couple of years ago to iPoll. iPoll offers a large variety and number of surveys. The are primarily an aggregator panel, meaning they serve as a gateway to surveys authored by other market research companies. Their surveys offer a decent incentive and are plentyful.
They are my 3rd highest paying panel, and I consistently make a good income from them. It does take them a long time to verify surveys and service cash-out requests. On average once a survey is completed it can take about 4 to 6 weeks to verify and get credit. When you request payment, it takes them 3-4 weeks to confirm your request, then about another week to receive payment through PayPal. Though people complain about this, I have never had a problem. I just keep the pipeline going by completing surveys and making cash-out requests.
Although they do send out email invites, most of their available surveys can be accessed through their panel member portal. The portal also lists surveys that may already be expired or have quotas filled, so the qualification rate can be fairly low. However there are usually many surveys available, so money can still be made. iPoll seems to very sensitive to speeders and those not reading the actual survey questions. If you receive too many invalid surveys they will suspend your account.
Bottom line is I recommend them, as there is decent cash to be made.
